After releasing them to reset to zero, how can we raise the vibration, or shift to a positive consciousness?
Let's talk in more detail about the trick to raising your vibrations.
The keyword is "excitement" ("waku-waku" in Japanese).
When you hear "excitement," you might imagine a thrilling, uplifted mood.
Indeed, engaging in fun, exciting activities is considered the best way to raise your vibration and provides an unbeatable shield or protection.
What do you find most enjoyable?
It can be something out of the ordinary like traveling, attending parties, dining in a fancy restaurant - that's completely fine.
However, the small, everyday matters – those little moments that make you think, "This is nice.", "I love this.", or "I feel pleasant."– also qualify as sources of excitement.
Decorating your table with flowers you found while walking, practicing yoga, stretching your legs a bit to visit your favorite shops, enjoying the scent of your morning coffee, watching a beautiful sunset with your child, or being thrilled by a starry sky – these are also the moments of excitement.
Sometimes, just stepping out of your usual routine, even if it's just a tiny bit or sometimes boldly, can be exhilarating. Laughing with like-minded friends, enjoying the moment, playing, or laughing just like when you were a child.
It may seem simple, but as we become adults, it might not come as easily unless we consciously make an effort. Therefore, it's crucial to always have a part of you that objectively observes your thoughts and emotions. The source of this excitement lies in valuing yourself.
Let go of unnecessary thoughts and emotions. Cultivate excitement and love yourself. By doing so, you'll be able to see a world that aligns with your current frequency.
