Focusing on Yourself

If we accept the thesis that our consciousness in the "here and now" creates the reality we experience (→ Why is "Be Here, Now." Important?), isn't it most efficient to temporarily set aside our environment surrounding us and the people we interact with, and focus on ourselves?

What's happening now can be as the result of the frequency of our hearts (our consciousness and emotions) that we emitted a little while ago, and the parallel world we've landed in.

Therefore, the best prescription is to observe from a bird's-eye view without getting entangled in the problems. Let's focus on loving and believing in ourselves.

This is different from loving a self that is guided only by ego, judging based solely on loss or gain. Neither is it about ignoring our own inferiority complexes or weaknesses, and thinking we're great just by comparing ourselves to others.

It's okay to have an overwhelming "confidence without basis." Accept everything about yourself, including your weaknesses, and embrace yourself.

Even if your opinion differs from others', confidently follow your heart moment by moment. When you love, believe in, and cherish yourself, there's no need to worry about others' reactions or suppress yourself.

While I understand your desire to avoid any conflict with others, let's imagine being utterly comfortable with yourself, even if it goes against others' views.

Once you accept all aspects of yourself and feel the joy of thinking you are wonderful, you naturally become kinder to others. This is because you and others are not separate entities; everything is interconnected.

Your frequency attracts people; so, loving and trusting yourself will naturally draw similar people to you.

Focus first on aligning your own heart's frequency, seeing only the good in people and events - to choose the reality you want to experience.
